Art has always offered a glimpse into the creator’s mind.
Their desires, fears, and the inner chaos that drives them.
Sometimes revealing more than the creator intended.
Print // Artist catalog
Thin Line is a conceptual artist catalog created as part of a Visual Communication course. This project examines artworks created by notorious serial killers. It explores how violence, trauma, and identity manifest visually, raising a question. Is the line between sanity and madness thinner than we think?
The project focuses on three notorious serial killers-
John Wayne Gacy, Charles Manson, and Danny Rolling.
Rather than presenting the works as traditional “art”, the catalog frames them through a visual language inspired by investigation
and forensic files.
This approach allows their artwork to be seen in two ways-
as an expression, or as evidence.
